Giving and Getting Involved

For over 90 years, parents, grandparents, alumni and friends have supported Graland’s culture of philanthropy and commitment to giving and taking an active role in our school. A shared passion for Graland’s mission brings our entire community together with one purpose: to provide students with the best education possible, our goal since 1924.

Gifts of Time
Graland is grateful for those who are able to volunteer on campus, on committees and in the classroom. Opportunities are available to suit any interest or schedule – no role is too big or too small. From selecting, displaying and selling merchandise in the Graland Store to working the morning carline; from helping the staff in the library to organizing the annual student Art Show; possibilities abound.
Gifts of Finance
Like most independent schools, tuition income does not fully fund the true cost of educating each child at Graland. Rather, it is supplemented by endowment funds and charitable donations. Graland strives for 100% of families to participate in the Graland Annual Fund each year at a level that is meaningful for them. High participation inspires others and showcases the strength of our community.

Every act of service or financial gift expresses a commitment to Graland’s mission. By investing in Graland, you can be sure your gift will make a lasting difference in the lives of our students.
