Impacting Students
I love sharing about French culture and cultural differences in general because it allows students to "virtually" travel, discover a different world, and develop their awareness of diversity. I also love to see how curious they are in these moments, for instance, what a day in the life of a French student looks like.

Lifelong Learner
The Differentiation Cohort had the most impact on my teaching practice because it allowed me to reflect on the importance of differentiating my teaching with students. Now I make sure all students are developing their world language skills at their own pace through the use of assessments, assignments and varying techniques.

Favorite Teaching Moment
This magic moment, at the beginning of the class, when we do a warm up. Everybody participates, communicates in French, makes sense, uses and recycles great vocabulary. I feel most rewarded when my students can have a conversation in French and when they tell me how much they love French.

Favorite Global City
Paris, my heart!
