GPA Community Outreach: Mariposa Urban Farm

The Mariposa Urban Farm is a satellite urban farm operated by the Gardens and part of the Gardens’ Urban Foods Initiative Program. At this site, we grow more than 30 varieties of produce using organic and regenerative practices for the local underserved community. The produce is distributed through free farm stands during the season. Additionally, produce is also provided to Denver Human Services (DHS), in partnership with Food Bank of the Rockies. DHS host food bank distributions for families across Denver experiencing hunger. The urban farm is located approximately 18 minutes from Graland.
