Jake Dresden

Jake Dresden is director of outreach and development for A Little Help, a Colorado-based nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of lives for seniors. 
Mr. Dresden was a Gates coach during his tenure at Graland, where he worked for 17 years in various roles, including teacher, department chair, dean and counselor. He holds a master's degree in education and history from University of Colorado at Boulder and a bachelor’s degree in history and international affairs from Colorado College. This is Mr. Dresden's first year as a Gates judge.

Graland Country Day School

Graland Country Day School is a private school in Denver, Colorado, serving students in preschool, kindergarten, elementary, and middle school. Founded in Denver in 1924, Graland incorporates a rich, experiential learning approach in a traditional classroom setting, emphasizing the development of globally and socially conscious leaders who excel academically.
