Impacting Students I enjoy leading mindfulness sessions with my students. It is often the only time in the day were they are given an opportunity to remain still and silent. It gives them a chance to focus inward and take some time to themselves.
Lifelong Learner The Mindful Schools online course that I took has helped me to, not only provide moments of mindfulness to the students, but remember to take a moment to care for myself. I am passionate about learning. Not only do I enjoy learning new things and loved school/college, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and strive to help students enjoy their learning experience like I did.
Favorite Teaching Moment One of my most favorite teaching moments at Graland was organizing and leading a field trip to Rocky Mountain Arsenal, a wildlife refuge near Commerce City.
