Preschool: Ten Apples Up on Top
Preschoolers enjoyed reading "Ten Apples Up on Top" and brought the story to life with their own apple-balancing challenge.
Laughter filled the room as students tried to balance bean bag “apples” on their heads. Afterward, they drew pictures to show how many apples they were able to stack. The activity supported estimation and one-to-one correspondence skills, while also helping preschoolers build core strength as they worked to stand as still as trees.
