End of Year Awards Honor Student Achievement

Students in Grades 7/8 were recognized at the end of the school year for academic, effort, and excellence achievements in the last trimester of 2014-15. To get on the academic honor roll, students must achieve a GPA of 3.7 or above in their core classes. Effort awards are given to those who earned an effort grade of 1 in core classes. Excellence award recipients are selected by teachers to celebrate students who exhibit traits like curiosity, passion and critical thinking in math, English, science, history or world language. Many students, not surprisingly, made more than one list. Congratulations, students!
