The annual Graland Gallop is a 5K and 1K Fun Run/Walk that kicks off the school year with community spirit and family fun. Open to all Graland families, students, faculty, and friends, the event encourages participation at every level.
Event Highlights

All participants receive a Gallop T-shirt and race bib

Students also receive a participation medal
(Note: Medals are not included with “Stay in the Nest” registrations)

A Popsicle Party will be awarded to the grade with the most registered participants

Early Bird (through September 19): $20

Regular (September 20–23): $30

Water will be available on-site. Please bring a refillable water bottle for each participant.

Students will receive their T-shirts and medals at packet pick-up.

Race results will be announced via email. Award medals will be distributed in class the following week.
Award Categories
- Overall Finishers: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (male, female, and nonbinary)
- By Grade Level: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (male, female, and nonbinary)
- By Age Group:
- Ages 14–29 (male, female, and nonbinary)
- Ages 30–44 (male, female, and nonbinary)
- Ages 45–59 (male, female, and nonbinary)
- Ages 60+ (male, female, and nonbinary)
