Twenty-five pieces of student art were inducted into the Permanent Art Collection at an all-school assembly Monday. Representing every grade level, the projects exemplify the outstanding work of our students in art class and include sculptures, mixed media, drawings, paintings and collages. Art purchased during the Cherry Creek Art Festival, funded by a grant from Janus, was also unveiled. The photograph, titled “Destiny’s Solo” by Chicago artist Clifton Henri, is hanging in the Fries Family Theater.
