Impacting Students
I love having the students research the energy resources that go into their food. They trace all the energy inputs and outputs through the processing and evaluate how much water, land, fuel, time, miles, etc. their food travel from farm to plate.

Lifelong Learner
The Learning and the Brain Conference on the Science of Innovation helped me understand how students grow through creative endeavors. I teach my students with this in mind and it helps me maximize their brains during challenging learning.
